Engineering Sprints
Two-week sprints with testable builds via TestFlight and Firebase App Distribution. You use the real app on a real device at the end of each sprint, instead of screenshots of progress.

Real device testing across the target range, including the budget hardware that gets ignored. Performance profiling, memory analysis, and battery usage review. Apps that perform on flagship devices but degrade badly on mid-range are common; we prevent it.

Launch & Iteration
